Set Up Instructions CDI Sensitivity

TO ACCESS SET UP MODE

Reconfiguring this system may be carried out at any time.

*NOTE* make sure you are in heading and not on GPS while doing this.

1. Press AUX key until the configure sub mode is activated
2. Rotate the small knob until Display Diagnostic is displayed
3. Enter the following key sequence DIRECT, DIRECT, ENT, DIRECT  
4. Press the ENT and use the small knob to select ENABLE Press ENT
5. Press AUX until the INSTALL SET-UP sub menu is displayed, It's under this option you adjust the C.D.I 

NOTE this sub menu defaults to disable each time the unit is powered up. 

CDI SENSITIVITY 

INTERNAL CDI 

Access the INSTALL SETUP sub menu and rotate the small selector knob to display the CDI SENSITIVITY PAGE. 

1. Rotate the large selector knob 1 (one) click clockwise, then press ENT 
2. Rotate the small selector knob to select the CDI sensitivity at +/- 5, then press ENT 

EXTERNAL CDI 

Access the INSTALL SETUP sub menu and rotate the small selector knob to display the CDI SENSITIVITY PAGE. 

1. Rotate the large selector knob 2 (two) click clockwise, then press ENT 
2. Rotate the small selector knob to select the CDI sensitivity at +/- 5, then press ENT 

After selecting the desired sensitivity Don't forget to return to install set up mode (select disabled) IAW the first section.
